Exchange Policy
1- Customers have the right to open the sealed products in presence of a customer service representative to ensure that they are in a good condition. In case the products are damaged, customers have the right to replace them immediately or receive a full refund.
2- Customers have the right to return purchased products and receive a full refund within 24 hours provided it is sealed with the original warp and packaging. The original invoice must be presented for refunds.
3- Customers have the right to exchange the purchased product within 7 days if it shows any signs of damage of malfunction due to manufacturing defect (getting a full report from the supplier about the condition of the product).
4- The warrantee provided by the suppliers on all items excluding accessories is for two years
5- Books - CDs - DVDs and Games cannot be exchanged or refunded.
6- In the case of maintenance or service, Virgin Megastore offers a free delivery service to the product supplier within 5 business days (not including maintenance period).
7- Earned points from products purchased using the Virgin Megastore Loyalty card cannot be refunded nor exchanged.
8- Products on sale or discount cannot be refunded. They can only be exchanged if proven to have a manufacturing defect (After sending the product to supplier for assessment).
9- Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be refunded and are not accepted in Airport branches.
10- For purchases done using credit cards, the amount will be refunded back to the card by the bank and this process usually takes up to 20 business days.
11- Original receipts or invoices must be presented for refunds and exchanges.
